The future of work is unpredictable. How employees interact with each other and with their physical space is dynamically changing every day. VergeSense builds deep learning sensors that capture highly accurate occupancy data to provide real-world insights that make optimizing offices easier. For this project, with West design and strategy team, we created a cohesive brand identity and strategy for VergeSense that matches their product offering. To do this, complex yet clean design systems were developed that mirror the way their products convert data from dynamic spaces into actionable insights.

VergeSense’s color palette is composed of vibrant, energetic and sophisticated colors. The colors are arranged on a hierarchical order, making VS Violet the most important and Highlight Green an accent color intended to be used sparingly.

A diverse expression of color is important to the brands visual style. The VergeSense logo marks can be rendered in any color from the color palette as long as contrast and visual hierarchy are managed.

VergeSense offers technologies to help companies gain a deeper understanding of the ways people use spaces. During our work with VergeSense, we created diverse collateral and templates that aimed to provide details surrounding the core components of the sensors such as the system architecture and the tech specs.

The VergeSense visual language uses hard-edged strokes, the icons used should replicate the same style. They should be outlined when possible and solid fills should be used sparingly.

Material Design offers icons in the VergeSense style from their outlined library.
